If you are first time buying GK Statue or start to collect anime figures, plz read the following guide which helps you to understand each type of figure.
How to pre-order statues?
1. Pay in deposit
- Wait for 2 confirmation email.
- 1st Email on Statue into production. (from this point, deposit will not be refund!)
- Production takes 3-6 months, it's a long wait, contact us by submit online ticket during this period to check prograss.
- 2nd Email on Statue finished. the second email will included remaining payment and shipping cost, finish the invoice in 15days, and then the statue will send to you.
2. Wait for statue produced, Join Discord group or contact customer support for statue progress check!
4. Recieve email notification includes the remaining payment and shipping cost invoice! p.s. Invoice will auto expired in 15days.
5. When you recieve the invoice email, just simply click the "View and Pay Invoice" button include in the email. It will link to Paypal to finish the payment. And don't forget to check the invoice PDF file, it includes the details (Due date, statue name, Box size, shipping method, clearance details and tax) of the payment.
What is GK Statue?
GK is the abbreviation of Garage Kits/ガレージキット usually means the original figures made by the designer. The main material is the resin which material can perfectly present the details. So statues made with this material have become the player’s preference.
What is PVC figures?
The other figures – PVC figures, which are made of PVC or ABS, the material which is used frequently in daily such as water pipe, easy to plasticity is the pro, while going to bending and oil off is the con.
What’s difference between pre-order and In stock Statues？
Pre-order is for newest statue which is published but not start producing yet. Because of GK statues are mostly limited quantities, studio will only produce the amount that pre-ordered. Therefore, if you see a GK statue you like, you don’t want to wait until it start produce(end pre-order). The price will raise when it became “In Stock”.
“In Stock” statues are statues we stock in our local store. We would stock few great GK statues, but only a few, and we do sell it on a market-price which is mostly higher than pre-order price. Therefore, if you see a statue is already past the pre-order time but you still really want it. You could then choose a in stock purchasing.
Pre-order refund policy
When you see a pre-order statue published on our website, you will always see two options “Deposit” and “Full payment”.
“Pay in Deposit” means you secure that one of the GK statue is yours when it’s finished at a minimum price. When the statue close to finish you will receive an email with photos of your statue producing status, then you will receive the remaining payment(full payment - deposit) invoice. *Attention* Deposit is also partial payment in production, whatever you pay the remaining payment, studio will produce the statue for you, that’s why deposit is generally not refundable.
In some case that deposit is refundable:
- Pre-order quantities which not reach minimum producing quantities, in this case we will email you and give you fully refund.
- Studio takes money and disappear, for some new studios, unfortunately that’s happened few times. But in this case, we will cover your lost and give you fully refund.
“Pay in Full payment” means you pay the statue at a full price, which is skipping pay remaining payment process. But when you pay in full payment, and decided not to have the statue later on, only remaining payment(full payment-deposit) will be refund.
In some case that full payment is fully refundable:
- Pre-order quantities which not reach minimum producing quantities, in this case we will email you and give you fully refund.
- Studio takes money and disappear, for some new studios, unfortunately that’s happened few times. But in this case, we will cover your lost and give you fully refund.
When you pre-order a statue, you now just have to wait it produce and recieve an shipping cost invoice late on. After this, you will get a tracking number and wait for statue came to your front door.
Why is Shipping cost will send later?
- Due to international transportation status, shipping cost is changing every day. When a statue is finished, we will send it to our logistic provider and calculate the shipping cost to your country. And because of the shipping is expensive, we do choose between providers(such as USPS,Fedex,etc..) to give you better solution on shipping.
- Statues are very easy damaged, so studio will using bigger box to protect the statue, which made statue a oversized cargo. That’s why we cannot calculate exact weight of a statue before it ready into a wood box.
