Refund policy


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a partial refund, deposit for pre-order products will not be refunded. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Damaged products

Figures are easily broken products during transportation. if you received a damaged figure, plz contact us and we will send you replacement parts. In order to get your replacement, plz make sure to take a video as proof when unboxing your order. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at or contact our Customer service
